E2 Advocacy Projects: Develop a Renewable Biofuels Market in California
AB 1007 has directed the California Air Resources Board (CARB) to develop a strategy for increasing the use of alternative fuels. The final State Alternative Plan adopted by CARB and the California Energy Commission (CEC) sets out alternative fuel goals coupled with a series of implementing requirements.
