The PACE Assessment Protection Act of 2011 (HR 2599) was introduced on July 20, 2011 in the House of Representatives by Congresswoman Nan Hayworth (R-NY) and Congressmen Dan Lungren (R-CA) and Mike Thompson (D-CA). Additionally, a California federal district court judge issued an important ruling in the ongoing effort to revive PACE energy efficiency and renewable energy financing programs (blog on ruling).
