Milestones:

Dec 13, 2012 - The Oregon Environmental Commission voted to adopt changes to the Clean Fuels Program. Reporting and monitoring will begin in 2013. Next, the Oregon legislature will vote to remove the 2015 sunset.

Jul 19, 2012 - The National Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) Project released two major reports that explain its findings from the past several years of research.

Apr 23, 2012 - California's LCFS is back on track after the Ninth Circuit granted the ARB's motion for a stay of the injunction while it continues to consider ARB's appeal of the lower court's decision.

Dec 16, 2011 - California Air Resources Board reviewed and enhanced the Low Carbon Fuel Standard.
