EPA Carbon Pollution Standard Public Hearings
As part of the process of proposing a new regulation, EPA is seeking public comment on the Carbon Pollution Standard.
EPA will hold two public hearings on the proposed Carbon Pollution Standard for New Power Plants on May 24, 2012, one in Washington DC and one in Chicago. Each public hearing will begin at 8:30 a.m. and continue until 4:30 p.m. May 24: Chicago, Ill. Ralph H.
