E2 Rocky Mountains Opposes CO Senate Bill 11-058
E2 Rocky Mountains urges the members of the Colorado State Senate Committee on State, Veterans, and Military Affairs to vote against Senate Bill 11-058, which would restrict the Public Utilities Commission (PUC) from considering the full cost risks and benefits, including environmental, associated with a particular fuel when considering electric utility applications for investments in generation facilities.
