    With Massachusetts’ 2017-2018 legislative session nearing its close on July 31, and after months of targeted E2 advocacy on Beacon Hill, Massachusetts is closing in on reforming its clean energy landscape.

    S.2545, an act to promote a clean energy future, includes a number of provisions that would provide fair and equitable access to solar for all MA residents, a 2,000 MW target for energy storage by 2025, and an increase in the RPS standard from a 1% a year to 3% a year.
